Terms & Conditions

  • We deliver Early A.M(08:00Hrs) to Late P.M.(24:00Hrs) in Gurgaon only. However last order can be placed latest by22:00 Hrs.
  • We request minimum of two hours’ notice during normal business hours.
  • Except most common cake flavors (Black Forest, Butter Scotch, Chocolate & Pineapple) & Size (1 Kg) all other orders (flavor, size, shape & features) should be placed at-least a day(12-24Hrs) in advance. We strongly recommend calling and checking the feasibility of products and delivery time in case of special orders.
  • We request & love to see you spending enough time on our online cake shop as we understand your need and emotions involved in choosing the right cake for your celebration to make it a memorable one. Since, once product/products ordered cannot be cancelled as we bake on demand.

  • “Crust n Cakes” emphasis and practice “save trees save nature” so, we do not provide printed bills unless demanded. However we always send a soft copy (e-bill) of your order and amount for your reference, at the customer’s respective e-mails, if provided.
  • Terms & Conditions are not threats. They are to simplify service understandings between “Crust n Cakes” and consumers. Development of terms & conditions is an ongoing process based on multifarious experience. So, they can be modified or changed at any time without any prior notification to anybody.
